Overpriced even for the location.

Liked:The location was decent, a fair walk from the independence trail.

Disliked:While charming on the outside, the whole inside looked like in near teardown condition--very superficial updates were apparent... rickety stairs, the apartment itself had shoddy details, and was much smaller than the pictures indicated. Also, no parking and no kitchen, so very little redeeming about the place other than the location, which was good, not great. On top of that it was overpriced, even considering its location. In hindsight, I would recommend staying outside or the edge of the city at a budget hotel and driving into and parking for the day in the city. The unit was only large enough for one person.
