Disliked:Shabby, misrepresentation of property and facility, dangerous navigation of 3 flights of stairs, zero signage between 2 identical connected buildings, zero response from the 3 voicemails left to explain an emergency.

Liked:-Good wifi -Paid washing machine on ground floor.

Disliked:-Check in doesn’t start until 4.00pm & no chance of early check in even though we asked. Just straight No. -charge $11.80 to leave a bag before check in. -Photos of rooms on booking site are misleading. Our room was very outdated. -No elevator, had to carry suitcases up 3 levels of wonky stairs. -Have to remove trash yourself. -Portable air conditioner/ heater in the way next to bed -Hot water for shower has to be turned on 2 minutes before showering.
