We had a wonderful visit to Boston, in spite of our dingy hotel room.

Liked:The location. Very conveniently situated for shopping/dining in Back Bay and the harbor district.

Disliked:The hotel is showing its age. The first room that we stayed in for two nights was perhaps the smallest hotel room I can recall in the US. Bathroom was the size of a closet. Carpet frayed; furniture old and worn. We were able to move to a larger room for the last two nights: it was in the same condition, only larger. At these prices, Hilton needs to step it up.

It’s was ok and overpriced.

Liked:Location, lobby, food. Staff was amazing and accommodating.

Disliked:Overpriced for the extremely small room, even though it was an upgrade. Overpriced for the lack of view, our view consisted of two brick walls with windows, one on the right and one on the left. We did not receive any washcloths in our bathroom.
