Disliked:Hotel was extremely dirty, the place is ran down, the breakfast was disgusting, toilet didn’t work, bath didn’t work, valet parked our truck literally on the street in front of the hotel, front desk was rude

Overall not a bad place to stay! We booked because it was close to the airport and they have a free shuttle which served

Liked:Property was spacious, close to the airport and very clean! Great place to stay if you have an early flight to the airport like we did.

Disliked:Property was a bit expensive for a one night stay. This trip for us was a 3 week east coast trip and we stayed at some nice resorts in some nice areas but this was the most expensive hotel we stayed at by far. Also, the staff at the front desk were rude and not helpful. I asked about the shuttle to the airport the night before because I was traveling with two very young children and a lot of luggage and they gave me absolutely no details about the shuttle other than they come every 20 minutes. They almost seemed annoyed that I was even asking. I sent my husband to ask later in the evening as well and he was greeted very coldly as well. Our flight was at 6:20am so we got to the shuttle stop at 3:30 am to give us plenty of time however there were already multiple people waiting for the shuttle when we got down to the waiting area. Everyone was waiting in the lobby at the time because it was super cold outside. When the shuttle got there, everyone jumped in front of us, even people who had gotten to the lobby to wait for the shuttle after us, and left us out in the cold stranded with lots of luggage and a 3 year old and 1 year old. Thankfully, a driver who was not supposed to be on shift until 4am saw this occur and ran over, said he would try and help us, and proceeded to run into the hotel and he re-emerged with keys to an extra shuttle! He was our true hero and I wish I would’ve gotten his name so I could’ve called the hotel to properly thank him/ give him credit, but the craziness of the morning did not allow for that! We did tip him well though :)… Overall not a bad place to stay! We booked because it was close to the airport and they have a free shuttle which served the point, but they should definitely have time slot reservations for the shuttle in the mornings or at least some sort of system so this doesn’t happen to people!
