Liked:Detailed instructions made everything very clear and easy to follow. Everything worked smoothly, and the hosts were very responsive to every question we had. In addition, the apartment was very nice and spacious.

Disliked:It seemed that the sofa may either have been cleaned with a chemical or another product that triggered a severe allergic reaction in my son, or that it had not been cleaned thoroughly for a long time. Shortly after spending time on the sofa, he developed an itchy rash all over his body. His discomfort became so severe that we had to leave several hours earlier than planned because he simply couldn't stay any longer.

Great place to hunker down w family in Boston

Liked:So loved how close it was to the marketplace, the commuter rail, the bus station, and places. It was clean, a place to sleep and no traffic noise. Had stuff to cook, shower, and even play some games (kids rather Netflix, go figure). Perfect stay for our family. Great communication w the staff and helped greatly w checking in and out.

Disliked:The basement looked like a horror basement, actually kinda cool. Did our laundry, one side dryer was cold but used the other and all is well. That was it really.
