Liked:Incredible 5 star hotel with amazing facilities and staff. They were able to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms and provided a crib as we were travelling with a baby. Staff were also able to accommodate delivery of baby hire equipment for us. Highly recommend!

Liked:this hotel could be great with some adjustments to the rooms. and common areas problem is they are catering to the groups instead of the individual travelers that repeat stays staff is great location excellent however there is no common area outside of hotel unless you are drinking and eating nowhere to just relax outside its a shame

Disliked:too much light in rooms as well as noise from hallways door do not fit frames and allow hallway light and noise in. need to get rid of the lights on equipment such as phones and tv as well as bedside tablet

The best!

Liked:The hotel is one of the last examples of true hospitality left in the city. I have stayed here several times, and every time, I am welcomed back with warmth and authentic recognition. Sheila Rice is always warm and responsive. She makes the process effortless. My room was generous in size and pristine. Sometimes I’m lucky enough to have a harbor view, but there really isn’t a bad room in the place. Due to work commitments, i needed to arrive early and leave my luggage and vehicle prior to check in time. When I inquired about the possibility of doing this, Miller PENAFLOR offered an early check instantly. Arrival is so easy and I love having the ability to self park in the building. I can’t say enough about the hotel. In a world where hospitality is a dying art form the Boston Harbor Hotel has the secret sauce-offering true value in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.
