beautiful location and spa experience out of this world

Liked:Surroundings, quiet and peace. nice apartment with all amenities..I loved the apericena, nibble and drink something before dinner. The spa experience is out of this world, amazing place kept immaculate.

Disliked:Dinner and lunch menu lacked a bit of options in my opinion and price range was on the high side, but if there was more choice I would not have minded paying. While I was there I felt that this place interests clientele of certain financial standard perhaps we are not as such thus my comment about the food price, but everything else was very good nothing to complain about really.

An exceptional 5-star experience from start to finish. Beautiful surroundings, outstanding spa.

Liked:Everything was exceptional. We absolutely loved our stay. We travelled with our dog, and the hotel was exceptionally comfortable for us as a family. There was plenty of space in the room for him to roam, as well as beautiful surroundings and lots of space to take him for walks. The facilities were amazing, and the spa was truly next level. One of the highlights was that the spa stayed open until 10pm, meaning we could enjoy the heated outdoor pool under the night sky. Watching the falling stars from the warm pool on Ferragosto was a very special treat! :)) Everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel and more. An exceptional experience from start to finish.

Disliked:The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was the service. At times, it felt a little cold and there were a few small gaps in communication. For example, we weren’t given instructions for the code needed to enter our room, which caused some unnecessary confusion. We also had a ski box on our car which didn’t fit in the garage, so we had to relocate it. This wasn’t a major issue in itself, but at a 5-star hotel, we would have expected a little more attention to detail and proactive communication. That said, these were relatively minor points and certainly didn’t take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay.
