Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.

For the year 2026, the Mandatory New Year’s Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner rates will remain as follows: Adults: PHP 7, 500 NET per pax Kids: 0–3 years old: Free of charge 4–12 years old: PHP 3, 750 NET per pax Please note that this Mandatory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner applies to all bookings that include December 31. The dinner fee will be collected upon guest arrival. Airport Transfer Fees (Caticlan Airport): Effective Feb 15, 2026, rate will be Php 3,000 NET per person for a round-trip transfer to and from Caticlan Airport only. Operating hours: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Late arrivals may incur additional charges, which will be handled by Southwest Tours. For inquiries or bookings, please contact the hotel. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
