Rooms described as clean overall, though guests reported occasional toilet issues that were promptly fixed; generally tidy common areas and beach/pool.
Repeatedly praised — friendly, attentive staff; servers and bartenders remembered guests and checked in often; front desk helpful with taxis; named staff (David, Santana, 007, Miriam, Captain Wes) highlighted.
Described as a great location between Red Hook and Charlotte (Charolette) with gorgeous views and a beach that never felt crowded.
Comfortable rooms with outstanding views noted, but some guests experienced AC not working well and occasional toilet problems, lowering room comfort.
