Liked:Big comfy beds, clean room, we got an early check in which was great after a full day of travelling!

Disliked:We booked a room with a balcony, the image was misleading. It looked as though we were getting a balcony we could sit out on, instead it was a window that opened up into a balconette. I have many allergies, at breakfast I mentioned this and asked if I could have a certain cereal, I was told no and there was no effort to communicate what I could have instead. My boyfriend also wanted cereal, the milk was out of date and smelt bad, staff changed it but were not apologetic. We experienced just a lack of friendliness overall from morning staff, so we didn’t have breakfast there again. Our room was also located on the 7th floor, so we were woken up by people coming to breakfast every morning. This hotel is passable, but I would not return.
