We would recommend Azka hotel, but we suggest improval of food variety. Location, hotel, beach and staff are great!

Liked:We stayed for 10 nights in July, and we ware satisfied in general. Location and the private beach are per our opinion best things related with this hotel. Everything is very close, but I would not suggest walking from the hotel to the city since one part is up hill. You have option using taxi ( approx 250 TRY) to the Marina, or water taxi very close to the hotel ( 100 TRY per person). Hotel is clean, cleaning lady is very nice, as well the staff from the restaurant, reception etc…They ate very nice and helpful. In hotel you have almost every night show for guest starting from 09:30 p.m.

Disliked:Only thing that per our opinion for 5 stars hotel needs improving is food, and variety of choice. Guests are mainly from Türkiye, and the food is Turkish food which we love, but the food is mostly heavy for the summer, always with some sauce, and there is very limited choice of light food, not too greasy, or fish and seafood in general. Also during breakfast there is almost always big line at the eggs station, you should maybe think about having 2 people preparing the eggs in the morning, or prepare in advance at least regular omelet that people can take without waiting.

Good family hotel, slightly overpriced but very safe. Amazing location - could deliver more!

Liked:I masde my booking circa 30 days before heading there. As a result the amount I have paid for 2x seaview rooms all-inclusive was quite high. Nonetheless, it was comfortable enough for a family holiday. Staff always made an effort, althought, english speaking was limited (not a negative thing). Two members of staff stood out hohever - Mohammed in the bar and Emre in reception. Their professionalism and thus quality of service were way above the rest. The location is Premium. Overall a positive experience.

Disliked:I booked 2x seaview rooms and as detailed above - paid premium $ for them. When I got the rooms allocated to us - I was extremelly unhappy with the sellection - couldn't sleep until after midnight because my room was just above the stage where every night was a show. Worst so was the lack of privacy which I made clear to reception. Immediately, I made my feelings known - 8x nights later nothing changend. In that regard I feel extremelly hard done by. Promisses weren't kept, and we ended up staying in the rooms allocated to us at arrival (2x seaview rooms x 8 nights) all-inclusive - the reception staff should have made an effort to accommodate my clear requests - prior & post arrival. Deffinately, something for Management to work on moving forward!

Perfect holiday destination.

Liked:Generally, Azka Otel is the perfect destination for family holidays. It has a very good location, beach has all the facilities. The beach water was crystal clear. Food and beverages served nearly at everywhere. Reception, kitchen and SPA staff were brilliant. Nerve was making variety of delicious of scrambled eggs. Only the negative point is my room had a loud noise if I open the balkony door, from the rooftop air conditioners. So I couldn’t open the balcony door because of that noise. So I had no choice rather than to sleep with AC switched on entire nights. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone who loves Blue Flagged Crystal clear beach and full relaxation. Definitely I would love to visit next years again.

Disliked:Noise from air conditioners that were on the rooftop of the main building, in front of my room.

Liked:The only truly beautiful thing about this place is the sea itself. The hotel’s overall atmosphere and vibes simply do not justify the cost. Unfortunately, despite the kindness of the staff, I would not recommend this hotel for the price charged. There are certainly better options available for the same budget.

Disliked:Bu oteldeki konaklama deneyimim, ödediğim ücret göz önüne alındığında beklentilerimi karşılamadı. Bana verilen oda, benim açımdan oldukça karanlık ve manzarasızdı; konumu ve atmosferi nedeniyle bodrum kat hissi uyandırdı. Odaların ses yalıtımının yetersiz olduğunu düşündüm. Konaklamam sırasında, yan odalardan ve özellikle banyo kullanımından kaynaklanan sesler odamdan duyulabiliyordu. Bu durum, konforumu ve dinlenme deneyimimi olumsuz etkiledi. Yemeklerin lezzeti benim damak tadıma hitap etmedi ve bu fiyat seviyesindeki bir otelden beklediğim kaliteyi sunmadığını düşündüm. Plaj ise benim ziyaret ettiğim dönemde oldukça kalabalıktı ve rahat bir şekilde vakit geçirmeyi zorlaştırdı. Otelin en beğendiğim yanı denizin güzelliğiydi. Ancak genel atmosferi ve sunduğu deneyim, ödediğim ücret açısından beklentilerimi karşılamadı. Olumlu olarak belirtmek isterim ki, restoran çalışanları son derece nazik, yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Konaklamam boyunca gösterdikleri güler yüzlü hizmet, deneyimimin en olumlu yönlerinden biriydi ve kendilerine teşekkür ederim. Genel olarak, bu değerlendirme tamamen benim kişisel konaklama deneyimime dayanmaktadır. Fiyat-performans açısından beklentilerimi karşılamadığı için, benzer bütçeyle farklı seçeneklerin de değerlendirilmesini tavsiye ederim.
