Liked:The hotel itself needs updating & the beds are a back killer. However, the employees go above & beyond to make the stay great. Special recognition to George for being kind and attentive & handling my luggage. He’s a keeper!

A Nice Stay plus George was always upbeat

Liked:I stayed here 4 nights while attending a conference at The Boca Hotel. The room was good size and very nice with a balcony. Bed was comfortable. It was a short about 10 min walk to my conference. Every morning I was greeted by a hotel associate - George. George was always upbeat and pleasant. Our conversation was a great way to start the day. My only negative was the flimsy plastic water cups. You can't be 5 star with those.
