Dirty, dingy

Liked:Location

Disliked:Dirty, run down other then the bathroom. Dirty, stained seats in lobby, eating areas. Dirty elevator floor. Dirty, stained hall carpets.

I called the front desk for a wake up call at 5am. for my early flight 6/7. I called front desk 9pm on 6/6 spo

Liked:Clean & easy access to the airport

Disliked:The front desk on 7/7 was so nasty when I told her my complaint about the wake up call. I don’t think that’s the proper way to handle the situation.

Our room was great, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Liked:We had an early flight so we did not get to eat breakfast, but it would have been nice to have some fruit or breakfast bars available. Our room was lovely. It was a nice big king room with lots of space.

Disliked:The only thing that I saw that needed improvement in the room was the bathroom floor tile. There was cracked tiles that were wobbly when you stepped on them.
