My Bloomington , Indiana Vacation and Comfort at Hampton Inn .

Liked:I came to Hampton Inn Bloomington , and to enjoy lots of shopping . The stay here must be rated excellent : staff , mainly general mgr ., Rachel , Tiffany , Isabela ; front desk staff - all were very willing to accommodate and answer questions and facilitate in numerous ways ; the room cleaning , laundry , and maintenance staff made my comfort the central part of my private needs experiences , and all with continuous greetings with a smile !

Liked:Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. At so many hotels, the staff are clearly just there to do a job and get a paycheck. But the staff here were all genuinely enthusiastic and seemed to love the hotel and guests.

Good afordable stay while in town for a concert

Liked:Affordable, good location, servicable breakfast. Easy on-site parking.

Disliked:The bathroom sink stopper was stuck and wouldn't drain. Overheard another guest complaining at checkout about their bathroom vanity top/sink leaning due to a bent, misaligned bracket. Staff said it was a common issue and would get the maintenance crew to work on it.

Disliked:Elevators, hallway areas very unclean (dirty qtip on ground outside of elevator in hall for 2 days...gross). Cleaning service pounded in our door to check a list of who was still in room at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday. Very ridiculous.
