Nice location.

Liked:It was centrally located.

Disliked:The fact that while I was drying off after a shower, the tile where I placed my foot gave way and crumbled causing me to fall. The tile and little pieces of plaster stayed there on the floor after I told 2 people about it.

I will never stay anywhere else in Bloomington

Liked:Extremely friendly and accommodating. They operate like a local family-run business and not a large corporation. They offer a unique breakfast option each morning. The rooms are in old buildings, some of which they have moved to this location. While the buildings are old, I have seen them being renovated a room at a time over the past 5 years I have been staying in this location. It is a short walk to the Indiana Memorial Building and to many restaurants.
