Extremely poor customer service.

Liked:Room was clean and comfortable.

Disliked:The amount the motel charged was more than what the agreed upon amount was with booking.com. the facility charged an extra $8, claiming that it was a fuel service charge, no equipment was used that consume fuel. We stayed in the room fuel had nothing to do with our stay.. I pointed this amount out to both the clerk at check out. And upon calling later, with the person that answered the phone as the manager was unavailable. My phone number was left and never received a phone call from the manager to discuss this matter.
