Great Dining

Liked:Had a wonderful dinner at Castleknock Hotel tonight. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the overall experience was fantastic. A special thanks to Kadir and Lisa for their outstanding service throughout the evening. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel truly welcomed from start to finish. Their positive energy and attention to detail really made the dinner even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dining experience in Dublin!

The Real Deal for an Excellent Massage Experience

Liked:Got a birthday present Spa voucher in the nearby Castleknock Hotel which exceeded all expectations for technique atmosphere and experience and my thanks to Charlotte. I booked a 75 minute firm deep tissue massage which was brilliant. Charlotte took time to understand my concerns beforehand and checked in regularly about pressure and comfort. The treatment room was spotless and very relaxing. I noticed immediate improvement in mobility and reduced muscle tightness afterward. Professional service, skilled technique, and great attention to client comfort. I’ll definitely return and recommend Charlotte for her excellent firm but effective massage skill and knowledge finishing off my experience with some wonderful Indian Head Massage techniques. The atmosphere is relaxing and respectful in the Spa with some nice treats and comforts in the preamble relaxation area. My family knows I enjoy a good massage to get the body tuned up and tension free after the Irish winter especially since I retired and this Spa has renewed my confidence and faith in the art of a good massage. “Highly skilled therapist” “Excellent communication and client care” “Tailored the session to my needs” “Relaxing and hygienic environment” “Noticeable improvement afterward” “Professional and attentive throughout” Thank you Charlotte and Spa team at the Castleknock Hotel.

Liked:Size of the room, dinner at 22 bar & restaurant, friendly staff, spa and fitness facilities availability

Disliked:The room had a sewer smell, didn't have air conditioning or an adjustable thermostat. The restaurant had an option for couples dinner midweek and Sunday, but it wasn't clarified on the website that it didn't apply on bank holidays, which was disappointing.Also, the menu proposed did not include a bottle of wine and wasn't cheap. Overall, facilities could be improved. Spa access to communal spaces was fine, although no control over people not wearing swimming hats or using all sun beds leaving them unoccupied for long times. Also , more chairs and sun beds near the pool area would be recommended. Overall, not really good value for Money, for the price paid, we were also told at breakfast that we had to pay an extra charge for a cappuccino!! Whilst this was not a completely negative experience, we've been in other 4 and 5 stars hotels where service and price paid was more reasonable and well placed.
