All in all we had a lovely stay, would recommend and would stay again.

Liked:Property was lovely. Everything you could need for a weekend stay. The place was clean and inviting. The living area was comfortable and had everything you could need. It also had a smart TV which was ideal to keep my son occupied in the morning. The kitchen area was well set out and included a toaster, microwave, a fridge freezer as well as all cutlery and crockery (the only thing missing that we could have done with was a pair of kitchen scissors). The bedroom was comfortable and a good size with plenty of storage for your clothes. Bathroom had a walk in shower and a bath -the toilet was separate- . All nice and clean and towels were good quality.

Disliked:The kitchen didn’t have any curtains or blinds up, which would have offered a little more privacy but it didn’t affect our stay. Unfortunately, the blinds in the bedroom were quite thin and let a lot of early morning light in, so if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing a sleep mask for your stay. The boiler didn’t seem to be working as it should so the radiators were tepid at best and we struggled to get any hot water (my partner is a heating engineer so I called him and asked advice. he said all the settings were correct and the boiler may just need to be topped up)

Overall good place better then some Bed and Breakfasts in area.

Liked:Good location, simple small unit at the back. Great location for what we needed to do in Blackpool. parking provided. Kitchen also, but we didn’t need to use it.

Disliked:The bed had a dent in it. The bathroom toothbrush holder wasn’t cleaned.

Overall not so happy with the owner and the way they are handling things as due to some of the reasons I will never book

Liked:The house was pretty much okay shown exactly in photos.

Disliked:In the shower there was a bit mould which can be removed during the cleaning process as cleaning fee was already been taken by the property owner, the area near the house was a total gross 🤮 people were just so drunk and shouting in the middle of the night which was so bad during our stay, the day we checked in WiFi was provided by the owner but it was not working I contacted them and they replied me that they will send someone to fix the WiFi so I told that let me know once u have fixed the problem but the owner never contacted me about the issue which was very rude for us also we stayed for 2 nights without WiFi in the house as the problem was not fixed by the owner and they didn’t took any interest in asking us if the WiFi thing is working or not so that was really disrespectful as we paid for that and it was mentioned in the facility that WiFi is provided. Also one important thing the deposit situation can be handle smoothly by booking.com rather than by owner as I came to know that I have to pay damage deposit after I booked the property until then there was no such information on booking.com website so that was totally shocking for me.
