Disappointed

Disliked:Contacted the property about reservation. Individual I spoke to claimed there was no booking and the reservation was cancelled even though I kept getting emails about the reservation. I called again to confirm there truly was not a reservation and the representative confirmed there was nothing in my name. One day after scheduled check in I was charged for one night stay and cancellation fee. Will never book at this hotel again when we return for future events.
