TV didn't work for 2 days. key to room not working because battery dead on lock. Awful Value

Disliked:Exhausted from drive to hotel, went to room--key didn't work since battery on lock defective. Had to use the public restroom. Left luggage at the desk since did not have a room key. Television inoperable for 2 nights (I paid for a room with TV). Is this how you treat silver members?
