Liked:I loved the entrance and the operation of the breakfast kitchen.

Disliked:I booked my stay through booking.com and when I tried checking in the front desk lady said I hadn't paid. I had my confirmation number and emails. She said I actually need to see your receipt. It took me 35 minutes to find the receipt because I had paid for this stay back on February 28, 2026 and this was on June 25, 2026. My opinion, the communication between booking.com and Hilton Garden Hotels should be better to prevent this from happening again. Also the refrigerator was horribly iced over and out bed skirting was filthy
