Great rooms and staff.

Liked:Front desk staff was great. Also the valet staff. Very helpful.

Disliked:Roof refrigerator wasn’t working properly. Kept things maybe 45 - 50 degrees. Even though setting was around 35.

Decent rooms. Trying to hard. Ok but overpriced.

Liked:The location is great.

Disliked:The valet team walked away from my car-door open, car running. When I commented on this I was told, “It’s Birmingham, it’s fine.” While I can appreciate the comfort of Birmingham feeling safe, leaving someone’s vehicle running with the key in and door open is not appropriate. The service in the restaurant was awful. Brought out wrong food. Didn’t bring beverages. Brought out wrong food again. Was never asked how our food was when we finally got it and very, very slow and the restaurant was not busy. For the price point service should be better.

Great location but wouldn’t go back

Disliked:Outlet and usb outlets on either side of the bed did not work . Thermostat stayed at 72 even tho we set it at 67. The gym floor was extremely slippery so whatever they are using to clean it, was not the appropriate cleaner for that floor (we heard others comment about the floor as well ) the women’s restroom near the gym was full of bugs that were coming from the drain (they were on the walls , toilet, mirror and in the sink . Definitely not a 655.00 a night facility !
