Liked:Well could not get in the front door of the building code didn’t work text and told them she said she knew it worked the Maude’s used it basically calli g me liar lady at front desk even tried didn’t work one time I waited 45 mins to get in. Then no baking pans for oven just pots then the door fell and hit my husband in head which is in wheelchair and I got smart response saying g if the wheelchair caused it we would have to pay the door wasn’t on the track good and he went to close and it feel it would never operate correctly . There was a brown stain on bedspread I have pic now I have a good mind to get a lawyer about door falling on him still might since they worried if he caused damages because of his wheelchair

Cozy room in a great location with a lovely view

Liked:The room was very clean and had a nice view of downtown Birmingham. It is a short drive from the new amphitheater and many restaurants downtown. The host responded quickly to questions.

Disliked:I forgot to take my own pillow and the ones in the room were pretty flat.

Liked:Very clean and located in walking distance to the Legacy arena. The bed was super comfortable nice view of the downtown city and the host was amazing. I will definitely stay there again. The front desk was super nice as well.
