Terrible facility for a ridiculous price!

Liked:The huge jetted tub next to the bed was disgusting and broken down. The temperature of the room was extremely hot, even though it said it was set to 65 degrees. The toilet seat was up, like it had just been used by a male. The price was over $320 for a single night! Expected better.

Disliked:Cleanliness. Tub filthy and broken down to boot. The thermostat clearly was not working correctly. So hot and was set as low as low as possible. The price for what you got was ridiculous.

Disappointed!!!!!

Liked:Front desk ppl were nice!

Disliked:Kids urinating in the hot tub - it was cleaned and then my husband and I got in- and so did the same kids that urinated in it! We got out after 2 minutes! Too many kids in the hot tub - wasn’t enjoyable! The second day while the staff was cleaning rooms it smelled badly of weed! As soon as you get off the elevator the smell was horrific- I believe it was coming g from the employee only room as it was the only room near the elevator. The hallways smelled like weed until we left! I’m sure bc you are short staffed is why the breakfast buffet was cold and the manager ( I think) was running around like a chicken with her head cut off bc she was so busy! Also we had to ask for a shower curtain bc there was none hanging. Needless to say we will pay the extra money for hotels right in Frankenmuth.
