Disliked:2 things: a)the gym did not have any water, towels or sanitizer. A place like this should have all of these things in the gym. b) we we were sitting at a bar in the casino playing the poker machines, I ordered a lemon drop martini - the bartender said the drink was free but if I wanted it in a martini glass he would have to charge me $10.25 for the GLASS - how RIDICULOUS is that

We were disappointed that we were not brought another phone and that we had to try multiple times in order to reach cust

Liked:We enjoyed exploring the hotel and finding our way around. We ate at each of the restaurants ( Bubba Gump, Lilly’s, M Patrick’s and Morton’s) and really enjoyed each one. We played Black Jack and enjoyed doing so; the dealers , especially Kevin and Matthew, were kind and had good humor ; made it fun.

Disliked:We had a few issues with the room: 1.)-2 lamps had no lightbulbs 2.)-No soap / body wash in the shower. 3.)-Shower faucet hot and cold were “backwards”- when turned toward cold the water was scolding hot. Had to turn all the way to Hot to have the temperature comfort take a shower. My husband had to jump out at first as water was scolding hot until we figured out what was wrong. -phone didn’t work- tried to make calls and no one could hear us. Tried calling the front desk several times and then Morton’s to make reservation. I thought the front desk may have seen the room we were calling from and contact us in the room; they did not. We went down several times to the front desk and the lines were so long we didn’t wait. We went to Morton’s to make the reservation. Then I called from my cell phone to ask report the issues. We did get the bodywash but never received the lightbulbs or a working phone.
