Liked:The pool area

Disliked:At check in they had to run and see which room had a sofa bed even though when I made the reservation that's all you had to choose from. Then when we got to the room 202 the sofa bed was broken when you sat on it you fell to the floor. The restaurant hours on the door said open till 11:00pm i went in to order a pizza to be told they close at 10 and had shut the grill off. Went to the little casino to read the fine print if I won anything after 10:05 pm I wouldn't get paid out because the bar is closed and it has to be paid out on the day won. The bath tub doesn't drain and the toilet doesn't flush properly but maybe every other time. 1st time staying at a Ramada and last.

I have stayed here 3 times in the last few months, but after this last time I will find a different hotel.

Liked:That they upgraded my room after finding bed bugs

Disliked:Finding bed bugs, then an employee didn’t believe me until I showed her a picture of said bed bugs. Then when they initially moved my room they sent me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Then they activated my card for one day instead of 2 so I was locked out in 0 degree weather.

I would book here again, it was clean!

Liked:The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good size and it was a full bathroom, not a split water closet and vanity.

Disliked:Breakfast did not start until 7:00am. We are used to breakfast starting at 6:00 - 6:30am. We had to get on the road before 7:00am.
