Disliked:I actually have no idea how this hotel has so many positive reviews. It is not a place that I would stay with a family. It’s neither safe enough nor clean enough. There is a liquor store that share the parking lot if that helps describe the safety environment. The floor in our room was stained, the water bottle on the counter was open and had been drunk from already. The elevator had dirt all over the walls and trash on the floor. Also, the pool in the picture, definitely not the same pool that’s at the hotel.

Liked:They told me i could cancel my room with no fee as the pool was closed, and the reason i chose this facility was for the pool.

Disliked:I got charged for the $100 cancelation charge even after i was told it would be waived. No mention of closed facilities when booking. All fixtures in bathroom had obvious calking as if everything was fixed that morning, and as cheaply as possible.
