Liked:I booked this stay for three guests specifically choosing a rate that explicitly included breakfast. Because this hotel is in a remote location with no external dining options nearby, having breakfast included at the property was the main deciding factor for my booking. However, the following issues occurred during our stay: Breakfast Denied for the 3rd Guest: When we went to breakfast, we were told it was only covered for two people. I called the front desk, and the receptionist stated it was a "special" that only covered two guests. I refused to pay extra for mediocre food on top of what I already paid, we had to drive to the nearest town to eat elsewhere. Poor Room Drainage: The water in the bathtub would not drain properly, leaving us standing in dirty water during showers. Unacceptable Cleanliness: Upon arrival, we discovered hair in the bedsheets, which is incredibly unhygienic and unsettling. Given that my booking clearly stated three guests and included breakfast, the hotel failed to honor the contract of the booking. Combined with the maintenance and cleanliness issues, this stay was incredibly frustrating.
