Liked:Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful beaches. Central location

Disliked:I was very disappointed. I booked an ocean front room. It was an obstructed ocean view blocked by overgrown shrubbery and a very small balcony . When I moved to a new room on the second day it also had an obstructed view by a wall. None of these views were shown on the website or booking.com. It was definitely a bait and switch. The glass bathroom with no door on the toilet was also awkward. The room furniture was water damaged

Love Bermuda. Hotel has shortcomings.

Liked:Location. Staff. Near some good beaches.

Disliked:This is more of a timeshare development than a hotel and is undergoing more development. As the main beach and ‘ocean’ pool were out of action it showed up the overall lack of public space and facilities for guests.

Thoroughly enjoyable and could be even more so with some minor tweaks as suggested.

Liked:The staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. Location excellent. Helping us get bus passes on our phones most appreciated. Dining was a pleasure though downstairs was a bit noisy - poolside was best.

Disliked:There were hooks on the wall for pictures (room 109) but no pictures, which made the room look unfinished. The room heater didn't work and though it was fixed, it went wrong again the next day. As the weather was warm thereafter we were not unduly concerned. We re-used our towels each day as suggested, but there wasn't sufficient rail space. Wet towels had to be hung on top of wet towels. Suggest another rail be installed. Only serious criticism is that the thought the property was on a conventional beach where one could walk. There is really no beach, only sandy buttresses. Perhaps we didn't examine the description properly.
