Could Improve

–Breakfast sometimes seen as overpriced or limited (e.g., machine-made pancakes)

–A few comments about breakfast staff friendliness

Cleanliness9.0

Repeatedly described as very clean in multiple reviews; bathrooms and rooms noted as well maintained and tidy.

Service8.6

Staff are generally praised as attentive and helpful (quickly resolved an AC issue); one comment requested slightly friendlier breakfast staff.

Location9.0

Multiple mentions of a highly convenient, central location — close to KaDeWe, metro, supermarket and within walking distance of attractions.

Room Quality8.4

Rooms described as spacious, comfortable with good showers; minor notes about a slightly soft bed for one guest and occasional missing items (kettle).

Amenities7.5

Rooms include desk and mini-fridge; however some guests noted no kettle and lack of drinking water in-room, and parking availability is costly.

Value for Money7.0

Overall experience is positive but some guests felt the breakfast price (e.g., €20) and parking costs reduce perceived value.

Food and Beverage8.8

Breakfast is frequently praised (called phenomenal/perfect by several guests), though a few comments mention limited items or machine-made pancakes and slow service at times.

Overall Experience7.3

Generally very positive stays with comfortable rooms, great location and helpful staff; isolated issues (AC maintenance, breakfast service, parking costs, small amenities) temper the overall score.

Good hotel in central location very clean and friendly

Liked:Location excellent very close to main tourist areas and KaDeWa Breakfast really good, great selection and well run Public areas very smart and good styling Room very clean (albeit only serviced every two days) which didn’t bother me as plenty clean towels Staff very pleasant and helpful Would stay again

Disliked:Whilst the rooms were very clean and a good bathroom, the room could do with decorating, walls had scuff marks which made the room look a bit uncared for. Curtains whist good where a bit narrow and left a gap at each side… I was fine as I don’t mind light but might bother some folks. Bar doesn’t seem to be in operation but that’s ok for me as plenty in surrounding area but would be nice to have the facility

Okay for a short stay.

Liked:Location was perfect.

Disliked:The stay was fine but the value for money was not realistic. Unfortunately I sent the hotel 3 emails and got the same copy pasted message everytime. They ignored the actual content and therefore check-in was not as smooth as expected.
