Good location, bad hotel.

Liked:One nice member of staff (a young woman) who helped us move rooms. Great location.

Disliked:We booked a double room and upon arriving, very late, we were shown to a room with four beds (two bunk beds) and two twins pushed together. We did move rooms after the first night after complaining (the woman we dealt with was very nice) but the new room was very small. The key card phone app didn't work at all and it was frustrating at 1.30am to have to negotiate with the night staff who were very unhelpful to get real key cards. In general, aside from one lovely woman who helped us, the staff were very rude and unprofessional, especially the young men who worked evenings. Pillows were awful and gave us both neck ache, and only one per person.
