Highlights

+Close to the airport / good transport links
+Friendly and helpful staff
+Clean rooms and good bathrooms (many mentions)
+Good breakfast with vegetarian/vegan options
+Modern rooms and comfortable beds

Could Improve

–High parking fees (20–27€) frequently complained about
–Lack of in-room amenities (no fridge, limited bathroom amenities)
–Some rooms small with limited storage / no lockup
–Occasional cleanliness issues and limited housekeeping (only on request)
–Weak AC / low water pressure and occasional noise from courtyard

Cleanliness8.0

Mixed mentions: several guests report clean rooms and bathrooms, but there are also specific complaints about room cleanliness and missing towels/linen changes and occasional unclean rooms.

Service9.5

Generally very positive: multiple comments praise friendly, helpful and excellent service; a few isolated reports of an indifferent or slow receptionist, but overall staff attitude is consistently highlighted as a strength.

Location9.4

Very positive: repeatedly noted as close to the airport and well connected by public transport; convenient for transfers and near an Aldi for quick shopping.

Room Quality8.2

Mixed: many guests cite modern, comfortable rooms and good bathrooms, but others mention very soft beds, small rooms, lack of secure storage/lockup and occasional noise from the courtyard.

Amenities7.6

Several negative notes: lack of in-room fridges, limited bathroom amenities, no underground parking, Bluetooth/connectivity issues and housekeeping only on request; breakfast offerings are a positive counterpoint.

Value for Money8.0

Mixed: price/performance is described as acceptable by some, but multiple guests complain the parking fee (20–27€) is excessive, lowering perceived value.

Food and Beverage8.6

Generally good: breakfast frequently praised (including vegetarian/vegan options and expected quality), though isolated notes of items running out early or a sparse offering remain.

Overall Experience9.5

Overall positive: many guests report a pleasant, comfortable stay with excellent service and convenient location for short stays; negatives exist (parking, some room/amenity issues) but do not dominate the overall impression.

Disliked:It is incredible that it is advertised with parking included, only to be informed after booking that it must be paid for separately. On the night of October 6th, the parking lot was completely full, with no possibility of even paying to leave my car there. Therefore, the parking was neither included nor available. This area only makes sense if you are using the airport and not traveling in your own car.

Perfect

Liked:Perfect stay, clean room, modern furniture, towels, hair dryer, shower gel, tea and coffee set, AC, TV, elevator and 24hrs reception. The location is in the airport suburs, far from the city, but with easy acces by S-bahn.

Disliked:The wifi works slowly

Great

Liked:5 minutes walking to the closest S-Bahn Station, which is still in zone AB, so the tickets to the city are cheaper. ~34m to Alexanderplatz with no changes. They do have scales for your luggage. There's a liqueur store and a grocery store in the other side of the street. They serve food though so there's barely any need to go there. Especially that the prices are lower than in the city. The doors and the windows are soundproof. Once you choose them, you barely hear any sounds inside.

Disliked:The lights. It's plenty of them, but it's just dark in bedroom.
