Liked:Fantastic Location in the Heart of BerlinNuma Berlin Torstraße is situated in one of the most vibrant areas of Berlin, perfectly bordering Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. It is an ideal spot for anyone wanting to experience the city's artistic energy. The neighborhood is filled with independent art galleries, boutique shops, and excellent cafes—the popular bakery Zeit für Brot is right next door. With the Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz U-Bahn station just steps away, commuting around the city is incredibly easy.Modern Design and Seamless Digital ExperienceThe hotel features a fully digitalized concept, which is excellent for travelers who value speed and autonomy. There is no physical reception; instead, everything from check-in to room access is managed seamlessly via a PIN code or your smartphone. The rooms boast a beautiful, minimalist aesthetic with a modern touch, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The high-speed Wi-Fi is reliable.

An interesting offer - may (or may not) be for your taste.

Liked:This is a complicated comment, since this hotel has a very clear costumer profile. If you fit that profile, the comments may have a different load. For the type of customer that I am, I would not rank it a four star. For its targeted customer base, maybe it is. First, this is not a regular hotel, but more an apartment hotel. I was expecting a regular business hotel, and I found out a place which is probably good for a family holiday break. You change your bed sheets and towels, for instance. The whole room is designed as a small rental holiday apartment (even catering for three), not as a room in a business hotel. I can consider it to go with the family for a city break in Berlin; I will not consider it for a business trip to Berlin (I was not aware of this when I reserved the room). Second, the hotel management is fully internet base. I had no interaction with anyone in the hotel. If you do not want to talk to any employee, this will be perfect for you. Their remote support, based in whatsapp, was very good. In fact, overall, this is the best point of the hotel. Third, the hotel is minimalist, in the sense that all added services are provided using two strategies: i) they facilitate ways for you to solve the issues (it is every easy to get new towels, for instance. But that will need to be done by you, and you may not be aware of this); and ii) extra services are provided outside of hotel (e.g. you can go to Holmes Place, and the breakfast is provided by the nearby Cafe). I will add below the issues with all this, for me.

Disliked:Many small things, besides the overall approach they have. I could be happy staying here for a business trip event with their approach, if it was perfectly executed. But unfortunately, it is not. A - I explicitly requested a high room, far away from noise - the hotel is near a busy street. I got a room on the second floor (out of seven) and near the corner of the street. Only after the first night you are aware of the situation. B - Breakfast is a waste of money. The idea is that you choose between pre-defined types of food (basic, vegan), with three choices in total. The nearby provider is flexible, but regardless the structure of the breakfast is done. I do not recall a four-star with this situation. Moreover, the weather was indeed nice - but this i Berlin, and in winter times, you will need to be fully clothed to go to the breakfast - precisely the problem why people prefer to have the breakfast in a hotel. There are multiple choices in 3 minutes walk, including the offer associated with the hotel, so just go and select your own. Note: you do have the means in the room (including a portable electric board) to prepare your own breakfast, if you want. C - The WiFi gets sluggish at the end of the day - it simply does not cope with the traffic, so if you want to stream something to the TV, it will keep restarting (and you have a large delay between the stream and the TV). D - The room was poorly lighted, and there was some issues with the bathroom (minor, but it is not clear for me that I will push for an internet support for those issues). E - The support table in the room is really a breakfast table - wrong dimensions and height. So, if you work there for some time, you will suffer. F - There is not a reception room or a bar, where you can go and relax, or order a beer. Or even plan to meet external people. So, for a family city break, this may be a good offer. For a business trip, I would not recommend this hotel.
