Right in the heart of Berlin.

Liked:We stayed at this place about three years ago and really like the location, so we decided to come back. The hotel has undergone some changes in terms of service. Everything is now handled online and there is no traditional reception desk. This was a new experience for us, but everything worked perfectly and our stay was great. Compared with the price three years ago, the stay was actually cheaper this year, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Disliked:Das Fitnessstudio war während des Aufenthalts zwecks Renovierung geschlossen, die Info kam erst kurz vor Reisebeginn. Das Frühstücksbuffet war absolut minimalistisch. Es gab vorbereitete gekühlte Speisen die nicht mehr genießbar waren. Die verantwortliche Mitarbeiterin war teilweise nicht auffindbar und man musste hoffen bezahlen zu können.

Comfortable apartment in an excellent location, but lacking some atmosphere

Liked:Location is excellent, if you want to stay more on the west side of Berlin. The beds were comfortable. Checking in with pin code is quick and easy. Large room.

Disliked:The apartment lacked atmosphere. The room was quite large, but it was not furnished or decorated well. Too much space with too few furnishings. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special.
