Cancellation
Cancellation terms vary by rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
Payment
All prices are all-inclusive with taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required at check-in. No additional resort or service fees will apply.
Important Information
Children up to and including the age of 6 stay free of charge in the parents bed. Extra beds are not available at Lulu with the exception of our suites, where we can add an additional mattress for 5 guests total. Breakfast at our Restaurant can be booked directly at the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
