A very uncomfortable place

Liked:One positive point was keeping our suitcases before and after the check-in and checkout time in the place

Disliked:Nothing was as expected. Rooms were full of noise from outside. Either with opened or closed windows. No air conditioner, no hand washing liquid (was empty), no refrigerator. I couldn't even turn on the TV because the remote control didn't have batteries. What else should I expect from a hotel? The elevator was not working for a room in the last floor

Our stay was a complete nightmare due to a severe bed bug infestation in Room

Liked:Location

Disliked:DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! My family and I had a horrific experience. Room 407 was severely infested with bed bugs. My young daughter was brutally bitten and suffered dozens of painful, swollen bites all over her body. This is a major health and safety hazard. To make matters worse, public reviews prove this hotel has a known, recurring bed bug issue that management fails to resolve.Furthermore, Booking.com’s customer service has been completely unacceptable. They officially acknowledged the biohazard and set a strict deadline for a full refund which expired on September 6th. Since then, Booking.com has completely gone silent and is ignoring my messages. I am currently filing formal complaints with the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) and consumer protection authorities. Avoid this place at all costs!

Stay away, pay more stay somewhere else.

Disliked:There were no kettle in the room, the bed sheets and room were dirty, not professional reception desk, parking is in 3-4 minutes drive away. Lift was broken. Really, pay more and stay away from this hotel.
