Great apartment hotel

Liked:Amazing room, one of the better rooms I've stayed in, and that is not an exxageration. Spacious, nice big windows, good kitchen and generally clean and modern. Nice with an underground garage even though it was very cramped. Nice staff.

Disliked:The kitchen utilities (plates etc) were a bit cheap but that's to be expected. The washing service was a bit expensive. One of the receptionists spoke really bad English and I could barely understand her, but she seemed to be a new employee so no worries.

Modern and clean

Liked:Modern, clean hotel, very nice rooms. Very convenient to have a small kitchen. Bed in bedroom was comfortable but pullout sofa was only just okay. Hotel location is fantastic. We took buses from OlivaerPlatz and it was very easy to get around Berlin from the hotel.

Disliked:The air conditioning in our room was ineffective, it was 29.5C in the living room, 28C in bedroom and I felt I was given the run around when I raised my concern. Only at 11:30pm were we moved to an identical apartment with working a/c. Why was this not the initial solution? I realize a/c is not the norm in Berlin but I specifically selected this hotel because they had a/c. If it was not for the stress I felt in resolving this issue it would have been a 10/10 stay.

Liked:This was by far the best accommodation we had over our 3 weeks in Europe - modern, clean, spacious in a great part of Berlin. Good value as well. The kitchette gave the option to have a few heatup/simple meals as well when we didn't fwel like eating out. Also the air-conditioning was fantastic!

Disliked:Nothing to dislike - it was a fabulous stay.

Fantastic

Liked:We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is one of the best in Berlin — peaceful, safe, and with everything you could need within easy reach: supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, delis, and a fruit shop with fresh produce. There is also a beautiful large park nearby, perfect for a picnic, and public transportation is very easy to access. Our room had a lovely city view, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Berlin!
