XL room size with great customer service

Liked:Great location for the train, museums, and clubs. The breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, with an omelet bar. The rooms are the largest I could find in Berlin for the price. The gym and sauna were always clean and had the perfect amount of equipment.

Disliked:Our room had a sulfur smell to it and the shower leaked. The management did an amazing job handling the situation. They brought out a maintenance person and upgraded our room within an hour of our complaint.
