Hotel Chateau Royal made our trip to Berlin even more special

Liked:Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect for a first time visitor to see most of the major sights within easy walking distance. The atmosphere was special with great furnishings and interesting art. The staff were exceptionally helpful in recommending and making reservations. They were also very helpful and caring when I had a medical issue when in Berlin. I would particularly like to mention Otto and Paul.

Liked:Location Room and facilities within was great!

Disliked:The reception guy when leaving, just seemed like he couldn’t be bothered attitude! If breakfast wasn’t included in the price, i don’t think it’s worth the €35! These 2 things just bring the experience down!
