Great location near lots of great restaurants

Liked:We stayed in the Bensimon appartment for a week.Great location near lots of great restaurants, the supermarket and tube station. The neighbourhood felt very relaxed and safe and had a nice vibe. Hosts were very professional and responded very quickly to any questions that you have. Check-in was very straight forward using the pass code provided. The bedroom was very light and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress was nice and firm. The property was also quiet ensuring that you had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was a good size and clean, the shower was powerful. An additional bonus was the small balcony off the bedroom, we enjoyed returning home and having a coffee there and watching the world go by.

Disliked:The property did not feel as though it had a proper living space, the living area felt more like a kitchen dinner with a sofa added. The property would work better if the kitchen/dinning/living space had been in the bright larger bedroom rather than in the smaller darker rear room. However, this was not a big issue as we used the sofa/Tv in the main bedroom on the odd occasion that we stayed in during an evening. We would still book again as we did like the apartment, location and hosts.

A great option for Berlin!

Liked:The location was excellent! A wonderful neighbourhood for exploring Berlin. The Communication with BenSimon was also excellent. They were very informative before during and after the stay and very responsive. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and the top outside deck was a real pleasure.

Disliked:Two small things. The room was not completely clean when we arrived, but the BenSimon folks were quick to respond. Also, with the Berlin heat wave, a more powerful fan in the room (there is no air con) would have been appreciated.

Liked:The location is on a quiet street, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Super clean and service people are nice. Using Code is convenient. Communication is good. We stayed for one week, so an extra cleaning was offered. The beds were comfortable.

Disliked:Upon check-in you need to pay a tax of about 8% accommodation fee, that was not obvious when I booked it. The kitchen was simple, and located deep in the apartment, the cooking smell stays inside.
