Cleanliness6.5

Mixed reports: some guests praised clean rooms, but multiple reviews mention rooms not cleaned daily, no fresh towels, bins not emptied and areas needing refurbishment.

Service9.1

Generally strong: staff frequently described as friendly, helpful and efficient at check-in/check-out, though a few guests noted occasional inattentiveness.

Location9.4

Consistently praised: excellent central location, within walking distance of major sights and transport, many guests highlighted the convenience.

Room Quality6.4

Several complaints about small rooms, cramped/odd shower layouts, narrow beds and areas needing renovation; acceptable for short stays but below modern standards.

Amenities7.2

Basic amenities present but some gaps noted: no small fridge in rooms reported, limited parking availability and unconventional bathroom arrangements for some units.

Value for Money8.6

Mixed but lean positive: some guests felt overall price-performance was reasonable for a short stay, though several called the breakfast overpriced for its selection.

Food and Beverage6.3

Breakfast often criticised for limited variety and cost; a few guests found it acceptable but many preferred nearby bakeries or skipped hotel breakfast.

Overall Experience9.7

Despite shortcomings in cleanliness and room condition, the strong location and friendly service left many guests with a very positive overall impression for short stays.

Lovely stay in a comfortable room within a well-situated hotel.

Liked:Great location close to metro lines, plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds and very clean room. Very good air conditioning! We would definitely stay at B&B hotels again in the future.

Disliked:The battery in the door lock stopped working on the first night of our three-night stay, and the engineer wasn't able to come out until our last night, so a staff member had to unlock our room for us. They did offer a complementary drink to apologise. These things happen so we understand, but it would be dishonest not to mention it. Also this might just be because we are British, but a kettle provided in the room would have been great.

It was nice because of the quiet and clean environment.

Liked:The room was clean and quiet. The staff were helpful. The first day I came, they provided still water for free and helped me store my luggage.

Disliked:We were not allowed to check in after 3 pm. I think the check-in time can be flexible, supposing there are available rooms. Besides, the hair drier had a weak airflow.

Super Clean, very central and very comfortable

Liked:If you have an extended program in Berlin and need a safe “logistics hub” for your stay, this hotel is probably the best money-value option. I will definitely be coming back very often. My windows were facing a ww2 bunker so I was super happy to see it as a first thing upon waking up in the morning! :D

Disliked:The breakfast is a formality in this hotel, so don’t expect much. Boiled egg / simple sandwich / cereal style.
