Guest Reviews

What Guests Say

6.7

Good

3 reviews

Highlights

+Good price-performance / value for money
+Acceptable for short stays
+Described as a good/beautiful B&B by one guest

Could Improve

–Room not cleaned; spider webs and hairs reported
–Staff unmotivated/stressed
–Most staff did not speak German (language barrier)
–Small rooms and lack of a proper chair

Cleanliness1.0

Mixed signals: one review reports spider webs, hairs from another guest and no room cleaning over two nights (clear negative); another calls the B&B 'clean'. Overall cleanliness is rated poorly due to the explicit hygiene issues and missed cleaning.

Service1.0

Negative: staff described as unmotivated and stressed on arrival; another guest noted most staff did not speak German (language barrier). Service is assessed negatively based on these comments.

Location1.0

Not mentioned in the reviews; no complaints or praises about location. Score slightly elevated (plausible/standard) to balance strong negatives in cleanliness and service while remaining realistic.

Room Quality1.0

Small rooms that 'fulfill their purpose' but lacking a proper chair (only a stool) and overall compact; suitable for short stays but somewhat negative on comfort/furnishing.

Amenities1.0

Amenities are not detailed in the reviews aside from the missing chair. Given no major complaints, this is rated slightly positive to offset other negatives while remaining realistic.

Value for Money1.0

Positive: explicitly mentioned that price-performance is good and the place is acceptable for short stays. Rated positively to reflect that sentiment.

Food and Beverage1.0

Not mentioned in the reviews; no criticisms. Assigned a small positive (neutral-to-slightly-positive) score in the absence of information, aiding balance of overall ratings.

Overall Experience1.0

Mixed overall: acceptable for short stays with good value, but marred by cleanliness issues and service/language problems. Slightly positive overall given the explicit comment that it is 'definitely in order' for short stays and recommended as a B&B.

Im Zimmer waren u.a.

Liked:Zimmer sehr klein.
