Good place, cleanliness, and good value for stay.

Liked:Location - exelent, cleanless - exelent, safe parking (18 EUR/per day), terace on the roof. We think that is possible that we would come back again :) Several nights with kids in the same room - better connection with family :)

Disliked:Did not managed to use electric charger in the parking, becouse charging station operator application was too difficult to sign in. But Berlin has enough spaces to charge eletric car, so it was not such big deal. Second reason - too less light in the room. After shopping you want to put your new cloathes to the suitcase, when is dark in the room - it is not so convenient.

Nice comfy hotel near the zoo station

Liked:Very comfortable, nice staff, seemed renovated inside with nice furniture and lighting, has a Starbucks coffee inside open until 22h, 3min walk from the zoo station, many nice cafes and restaurants around, aircon was amazing and a life saver on the very hot days. Had cameras inside everywhere, and seemed secure.

Disliked:I didn't realise this was a family hotel, with large rooms for large groups and families with several children. Unfortunately, my double room was next to one of these large rooms, which meant I had a lot of noise next door. While the walls were good enough to insulate the voices, the people kept banging doors at all hours of the day and night, one of the days up to 2am. Another period, there were children jumping around the room at 6am, possible also banging on the walls, so much so that I thought there was an earthquake making my room and bed shake repeatedly... Everyday of the 10 days I was there, there, also children running on the corridors non-stop day and night, shouting, playing, etc. Although the hotel was very clean overall, the floor of my room was not vaccumed or moped as it had a thick layer of dirt on it that made my feet black right away. It was surprising as the corridors were vaccumed everyday without fail and the rest was very clean...
