Two rooms, same problem.

Liked:In short, this was not the Hilton experience I’m accustomed to. The first room had a broken shower door that became stuck while the shower was running. A maintenance technician arrived the following morning and advised us to move rooms. Unfortunately, the second room also had a broken shower door. In addition, neither room was properly cleaned, and the furniture in both rooms was noticeably worn. Due to these issues, I will not be returning.

Great Airport Hotel

Liked:This is our go-to hotel when flying out of St. Louis. As always, our room was clean, well-maintained and a good sleep! And, their airport shuttle is great! Punctual and reliable and great to use! We've stayed here for at least 10 times in the past 4 years yet we never had breakfast here. That changed today. We met Terrance who was like a bright ray of sunshine! Many thanks to everyone at Hilton Garden Inn, Airport. We will see you again soon!
