Liked:Breakfast was good

Disliked:No soap or shampoo in bathroom plus only one towel, hand towel and wash cloth for each of us. We asked for more pillows and was provided one and only one. I had to ask the ladies doing the laundrey to get more. wonder why the ladies working in the laundrey could locate more of what I needed and not the staff at the front desk?

I feel this is not acceptable for a major Best Western. Very disappointing!

Liked:Breakfast was okay. It was easy to find. They kept the eating area clean - wiping off tables, and picking up trash.

Disliked:More fresh fruit selection. The family wish there was fried potatoes. The pool was closed did not know that. Was not posted anywhere on the website when I booked the room. Was told by the front desk that it would cost me 30 dollars to go to the community pool. The TV in the room did not work. Called for help but was told by the maintenance worker could not fix the problem until he has the okay from management to replace the box. With 2 children no pool and no TV this was a very bad experience. The maintenance worker came the next morning about the time we was checking out.

Liked:The room and facilities were excellent. Their breakfast was really good

Disliked:We had problems with our key cards, and there was no TV but they didn't have control of that and a technician was already called
