First bad experience with having had many bookings

Liked:Breakfast was great as was the.locatuon.

Disliked:Didn't give us the room we paid for, so when we went back to reception she said well you're only here for one night and I said but we paid for a terrace with mountain view and got a basic outdated room with no balcony or view!! She rudely shrugged and said sorry!!!! And wouldn't change it!! This is my first time to complain on Booking.com bookings, have done many and all have been wonderful, but not this one!!
