Liked:The hotel has ample parking and is close to downtown.

Disliked:The price was excessive for the quality of service you received from the hotel. The maids either never showed up or didn’t change the linens when cleaning the room.

Liked:It was on the way we drove to Vancouver. Free parking is a plus. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Disliked:The hotel feels old, and the toilet smells a bit.

Nice staff, maintance on site needed

Liked:Staff was very nice and prompt, reasonable location

Disliked:Elevator broken, sink fixture in room was loose. Heavy chlorine smell on third floor above pool- maintenance needs training on pool and soak tub care. Owner needs to spend some money on maintenance
