Disliked:First of all, don’t go thinking you’ll have a bed. Do not book this place. I had to leave immediately upon arrival because it felt completely uncomfortable, unsafe, and inhabitable. To start, the lockbox at the entrance to get the key did not work at all, forcing us to wait around for someone to manually hand us the key.The listing is entirely fake and deceptive. The photos show a real bed with a headboard, but the "bed" was actually just half of a couch without a backrest, wrapped in plastic, with a thin mat on top. The pillows looked like bags of old clothes.The property is a major health hazard. It stunk of intense Lysol that scratched my throat, mixed with a foul smell of sewage pipes, humidity, and moth infestations. There is no AC, making the summer heat unbearable with only one small fan. The bathroom was leaking water, ants everywhere, and a missing shower panel was replaced by a cheap curtain. You do not get the private floor advertised. The hosts just covered up existing doors to other units with wall curtains, where someone could renter anytime. Finally, I received an uncomfortable, highly suspicious call from an unregistered phone number offering unauthorized accommodations. This place is completely deceptive and dangerous. Stay away.

Liked:Easy instructions getting inside. The room was perfect for our needs. The host was amazing and super friendly

Disliked:It’s little difficult to find street parking. But the neighborhood felt safe so it was ok.

If you are a woman traveller DO NOT book this place alone.

Liked:the price was great for a short term stay

Disliked:I admittedly was too early for check-in but I messaged ahead. An old lady stood behind a door and handed me the keys however since the apartment was clean and ready. She didnt even greet me. Very rude. Also the host, Mr. Lovell, showed up to my door DRUNK and kept making advances even when I told him I was married. I felt uncomfortable and afraid for most of the stay. The bed was a rather uncomfortable futon and there was no AC. So if you run hot in the summer I would be aware of that.
