Liked:Our experience at Rixos Park Belek was absolutely amazing, and I would happily repeat it every summer! ❤️☀️ As a mom of two boys, I know how hard it is to keep them entertained—but here, our everyday schedule was packed with activities! They even went to The Land of Legends only once during our 6-day stay… and somehow, they still didn’t get enough of this incredible place! 😂💙 A special thank you to the Customer Service team for their amazing efforts, fast responses, and flexibility. Every request was handled with such kindness and professionalism, which truly made our stay even more enjoyable. 🙏🏼 The pools were amazing, the Sports Club had non-stop activities, and the buffet offered such an incredible variety of choices. There was always something to do, something delicious to try, and a new memory to make. Overall, our experience was simply SUPERB! ❤️ Thank you, Rixos Park Belek, for an unforgettable family holiday. We’ll definitely be back… hopefully every summer! 🥰☀️🏖️

Shabby Rixos. Unless you are over 70 not Antalya vibes

Liked:The orient room was definitely the highlight. Spacious and great for families. Access to land of legends Lumin app having ai respond to questions House keeping is very prompt and don't keep you waiting.

Disliked:- The food was limited and repetitive buffets. Not a variety nor taste. - their cocktails were disgusting - staff were impolite. Priority is definitely for the Turkish guests. - hotel lacks animation and a fun atmosphere - they know they are the least of rixos chain and boast about this (their excuse) - their receptionists and front desk staff are not friendly

Good place for families and was quite luxurious. Quite expensive for what it is though.

Liked:The size of the property and the facilities. Good for kids. What was good was the guest relation staff had a what’s app group and that was helpful for general questions/queries. Free access to land of legends was good.

Disliked:The staff were not always helpful. I requested a ground floor room for disability and wasn’t given this and when queried this was told couldn’t help. I asked for the manager who then made arrangements. They also helped someone else whilst talking to you or dealing with your issue. This happened a number of times and I found this to be rude. Food at buffet restaurant was often cold. The land of legends buses were quite infrequent. Only twice a day. So had to spend money on taxis.
