Disliked:Our light in the bedroom and tv in the bedroom both didn’t work. They did come and try to fix it but couldn’t. We asked to switch rooms but they were full. For paying almost $300 for one night I expected more.

Liked:I love the peaceful atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and with a smile on their face no matter the time of the day and very helpful. The suite was as I expected, clean and Sound proof. I did not hear any outside noises during my stay. The Junior suite has a thermostat that way you can adjust the temperature of the room. The Junior suite is exactly as the picture. The only thing was that the cleaning service doesn't come every day and sometimes you need to ask for it but you can ask for new towels at the service counter and if you tell the staff about needing the room clean they immediately accommodate your request. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Liked:I didn't like anything because I was not able to check-in. Because the guy behind the front desk, I turned around and told me that I couldn't check-in, because they were doing some sort of audit. And then he told me he was going to cancel my reservation. And I was gonna get refunded, yep, nope, nope, that never happened. They've processed the reservation, kept it. And I lost that money, this place is a joke

Disliked:I was lied to by the front desk person at night. I'm not going to go check-in. They wouldn't let me they told me they were canceling the reservation that I would be refunded, and yeah, that never happened. They stole my money.
