Guest Reviews

What Guests Say

8.8

Excellent

23 reviews

Highlights

+Excellent central location (next to Gare du Monaco, easy walk to centre)
+Property described as immaculate and very clean
+Spacious apartment with good kitchen facilities
+Comfortable beds and generally comfortable stay
+Thorough check-in instructions and responsive contact in some cases
+Internal parking available (valued by some guests)

Could Improve

–Appliances issues: dishwasher not working, heater problems, induction hob underperforming
–Parking problems: blocked by other cars, tight arrangement causing long delays
–Communication problems for some guests (no reply, only automated messages via app)
–Small water heater leading to insufficient hot water for some stays
–Worn utensils/stoviglie and some wear-and-tear noted
–Bed configuration misleading (pull-out bed not two separate singles)

Cleanliness1.0

Multiple guests describe the property as immaculate and very clean ('immaculate', 'erg schoon en fris'), indicating a reliably high standard of cleanliness.

Service1.0

Mixed feedback: hosts/correspondent were responsive in some cases and check-in instructions were thorough, but others reported poor follow-up and only automated messaging via the booking app.

Location1.0

Consistently praised as ideal and central (next to Gare du Monaco, easy access to port, bus stops, short walk to centre), making it a strong positive.

Room Quality1.0

Rooms/apartment noted as spacious and comfortable with good basics, but reports of a misleading bed configuration (pull-out bed), small water heater, and some appliance/fixture wear.

Amenities1.0

Mixed-to-negative: kitchen facilities were appreciated, but several guests reported broken or underperforming items (dishwasher not working, heater not working, induction hob poor performance) and parking problems that impact the amenity experience.

Value for Money1.0

Divergent opinions: one guest explicitly stated there are many better and cheaper options nearby; combined with amenity issues (parking, broken appliances) this pulls perceived value down.

Food and Beverage1.0

Not mentioned in reviews; assigned target overall rating.

Overall Experience1.0

Generally positive experiences and recommendations from many guests (highly recommended, comfortable, great location), tempered by practical issues (appliances, parking, occasional communication problems).

Liked:The apartments are very close to the central train station, just a few minutes from there. Very convenient location to visit the city of Monaco. Only about 100-200m from the bus stop where you can go in all directions. With monacopass, you can buy a 24h pass for only 5.50 euros. You can travel all over the city without spending money on taxis.

Disliked:The apartment has everything you need, but it would be very nice if there was a broom so you could sweep the floor if necessary.
